60 Hours of Intensive Persian Training | 2 Weeks
The Center for Persian Studies at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, is pleased to announce the Persian Winter School 2027, a two-week intensive Persian (Farsi) language programme in Belgrade, Serbia.
As a well-known and distinguished institution for academic Persian language instruction in Europe, the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade builds on its extensive experience in organizing the International Persian Summer School to offer this winter bootcamp. The programme provides an opportunity to develop and strengthen Persian language skills through intensive instruction, interactive learning, and practical communication.
Programme Highlights
- Dates: 18–29 January 2027
- Duration: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday)
- Instruction: 30 hours per week, 60 hours in total
- Location: Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade
- Focus: Speaking, listening, reading, writing, and vocabulary
- Levels: Based on participants’ proficiency and group availability
- Format: In-person, interactive language training
- Early Bird Registration Fee: €850 (until 30 November 2026)
- Regular Registration Fee : €900 (from 1 December 2026)
- The tuition fee includes 60 hours of instruction, textbooks and course materials, and a guided educational tour of Belgrade. Travel and accommodation are not included.

The programme welcomes international students, researchers, professionals, heritage speakers, and anyone interested in learning or improving their Persian.
